Our company
Allow me to introduce a company
that has been operating in our market since 1994. Many events have happened
both in our sector and in our company during this period. We have undergone
through several stages; since company establishing and start in 1994 through a
stage of growth and transformation into a limited company in 2006. We focus in
particular on building business, production of PVC and Al windows and doors and
developing projects with nationwide field of activity.
Our own technical background for building activity, own production of PVC and Al windows and doors, long-term stabilized, loyal and experienced team of employees and knowledge of the market belong among our strong points thanks to which we have become recognized partners and contractors.
Besides our head office in Petřvald u Karviné, we have our affiliate in Karviná available. However, we are able to provide supply of our products and services in any place throughout the Czech Republic or abroad. The fact that we own necessary technical equipment for building operations and that we are a manufacturer of plastic and aluminium windows helps us to adapt our activity to the requirements of our customers and to supervise the quality of our products in a better way.
From the very beginning, we use for production materials of reputable companies such as:
- a German company KÖMMERLING – European number one in profiles
- REYNAERS – a Belgium company for aluminium profiles
- an Austrian company MACO – fittings
- thermal insulating systems Weber Terranova, KABE and others
As already said before, we have undergone several significant milestones; I would like to emphasize the one that happened in the years 2003 - 2006. Vigorous development of the company took place at that period; see table with indicators below. For that reason, progressive reorganization took place from 2004. It was completed on January 1, 2006 by transfer of all activities from a natural person on a legal entity when the company "OKNA-DOLEŽAL, spol. s.r.o." became a successional organization of the "František Doležal" company.
